Program Overview

The School for Advanced Studies (SAS) provides high-achieving and gifted students with an academic pathway that exceeds the UC & CSU college requirements. SAS's enriched curriculum prepares students to be competitive college applicants. Our content-specific, rigorous instructional program simultaneously provides foundational learning skills while differentiating for diverse learners. SAS teachers collaborate to meet the social, emotional, and academic needs of students. With all the benefits of a large, comprehensive high school's electives, clubs, and sports, SAS also aims to provide the support of a close-knit community.
